Q. What happens if a program is ending soon?


A. Even if your program will last only a few months, please enter it into our database. Once it's over, you can email us to have it removed.
Q. How do I add a new program?
A. You can go to our Add New Listings page and enter it there.
Q. How do I make changes throughout the year?
A. Once the new directory goes live, you will be able to edit your information on the server at any time.
Q. I don't know all of the information now, can I add part now and the rest later?
A. Yes. You can come back at any time and make changes.
Q. Why did I receive so many update notifications in the mail? A. Each program at each location is a separate record in the database. There are many reasons for this, but the most important one is that it makes searching more effective and more accurate.
Q. How can I delete a record? A. Email us with the program name, the name of the parent agency, and the customer number if possible.
